Friday the 13th proved lucky for 10 FLW Walleye Tour competitors in the third regular season event on Cass Lake, in Cass Lake, Minnesota.
 
The weather was down right nasty again today with winds out of the WSW at 25mph with gusts to 40mph.
The skies would darken, winds would grow stronger, and buckets of rain would fall for a few minutes at a time.. 
Then as quickly as the mini storms came, they disappeared.
The Sun would pop back out and warm things up until the next round of rain clouds came blowing in again.
 
While some anglers had a great day on the water, and caught a lot of fish, others had mechanical problems and some just couldn't control the boat in the winds that blew today.
Only 66 (5) fish limits were caught today out of 123.
 
10 Pros, with the help of their Co Anglers, managed to put a solid game plan together. Over the last three days they were able to execute it to perfection, and by doing so they will be rewarded after one more day of fishing.
 
The top ten anglers face off tomorrow to see who will be taking home the top prize of up to $100,000.00!
 
(Pros will be paired up with Co Anglers in the order that they finished in the standings after day 3)
 
The "Take Off" will be held 1/2 hour earlier tomorrow... they will head out at 6:30AM.
Anglers will be required to check back in at 2:30PM tomorrow afternoon, where they will then proceed to trailer their boats, along with their fish, over to Bemidji's Wal*Mart parking, lot to the final weigh in site.
 
Leading the field is, Pro Carl Adams Jr, of Blackduck, MN with a total weight of 40.5 pounds.
 
On the Co Anglers side, Kevin Bruer, of Robbinsdale, MN leads with a total weight of 38.11 pounds.
 
In second place is Ranger/Evinrude Pro Scott Steil, of Richmond, MN who will be fishing with Nate Brunz of Madison Lake, MN.
 
Going out in third position is Ranger Pro, Pete Harsh, of Sauk Centre, MN.
Pete's Co Angler is Gregg Oppegard of W. St. Paul, MN.
 
In fourth place is Pro Toby Kvalevog, of Brainerd, MN is paired up with Co Angler David Anderson of Sauk Rapids, MN.
 
Fifth position is held by Local Pro Daniel Dejaeghere, of Bemidji, MN and will fish with Co Angler Ronald Carson, of Omaha, NE.
 
6th place belongs to Ranger Pro David Kolb, of Ada, MI.  He will fish with Justine Steinke, of Birnamwood, WI.
 
7th place is James E. Gordon, of Spicer, MN...and his Co Angler is Mike Taylor, of Midland, MI.
 
Going out in 8th place is Ranger Pro, Todd Riley, of Amery, WI.
Todd's Co Angler is Josh Johnson, of Fargo, ND.
 
In 9th place is Ranger Pro Chris Gilman, of Chisago City, MN.
Chris's Co Angler is Michael Tesmer of Eden Prairie,  MN
 
And rounding out the top ten is Pro Larry Smith of Berlin, WI and Co Angler, Jeff Holz, of Dodge Center, MN.
